All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable. Once credits are purchased, they cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

Refunds may be issued only under exceptional circumstances, such as: - Technical Errors: If credits were purchased but not delivered due to a verified technical issue with KlarensBot. - Unauthorized Transactions: If a purchase was made without the account holder's consent, and sufficient proof of unauthorized activity is provided.
3. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund under exceptional circumstances: - The request must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase. - The user must provide proof of payment (e.g., receipt or transaction ID). - Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with the avatars generated, as this is a subjective matter and the nature of AI generation can vary based on input data.
4. Process for Requesting a Refund
Refund requests can be submitted through our Support Center at contact@klarensbot.com. Please include the following details in your request: - Your account email address. - Proof of purchase. - A detailed explanation of the issue.
5. Evaluation of Requests
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny a refund if: - The request does not meet the eligibility criteria. - The issue arises due to user error or misuse of the platform.
6. Resolution Timeline
Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days of receiving all necessary information. If approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
